"My partner and I brought home a lovely Husky x Labrador puppy, Chewie, a few months ago. Having graduated from the local puppy school we were still a little lost with training him until we met Alessina. She taught us techniques and games to play with Chewie that really helped us bond with him. We cannot recommend Alessina enough, as both humans and puppy are now very happy!"

The things Alessina teaches are simple and make so much sense, sometimes you just need someone to show you how to do it. After two weeks and just one session with Alessina, Otis has already calmed down lots and our neighbours have given feedback that his barking has reduced. Billy has been making great progress and although not perfect he now responds to us off lead in the park and in general around the house. Alessina is such a passionate and kind hearted trainer. She helped us with our 1 year old Samoyed called Inka who pulls on the leash and is jumpy to visitors. Not only was she very understanding but so supportive and concerned when Inka had a surgery. After training with Alessina "Zoe" our two year Spoodle is a significantly calmer and happier member of the family who is much more content with her place in the pack.

Walks and trips to the park are much less stressful for all concerned with many friendly encounters with other dogs. Recall, if only in the backyard at this stage, is vastly improved thanks to Alessina's guidance.

My partner and I were very stressed and at our wits’ end when it came to figuring out and helping Hiro with his behavioural problems. Before reaching out to Alessina, Hiro was a stressed and anxious puppy. As modern day fur-parents we fell into the trap of treating Hiro like a child and overlooked the fact that he was a dog. Alesssina’s training methodology focuses on building a trusting relationship between humans and dogs.

Her approach is to educate owners and their pets on how to re-establish a happy and trusting bond. She helped us understand how dogs act and think.

Her strategies were effective yet gentle and this helped Hiro find his place in our household.

The first session focused a lot on establishing leadership in our household and fostering trust between us and Hiro. She guided us as we executed strategies together and by the end of the first session Hiro was a calmer dog. Our second session with Alessina focused on walking. We practised indoors first and implemented strategies to calm Hiro down before commencing our walk. Once he was calmed, we walked together to the park and back focusing on positive and relaxed walking techniques. Nowadays when we take Hiro out for walks, you can tell that he is a happier and more relaxed dog.

Hiro is improving and making progress each day. Patience is the key. Thank you for your amazing efforts with Hiro. We would highly recommend Alessina and her gentle approach to helping pets and their owners.

As a first time puppy owner with an adorable, but high energy 9 month old cavoodle, I have found Alessina's training sessions invaluable. Alessina's sessions have been great, she has wonderful expertise, and a gentle and caring approach.  Immediately I felt at ease, and Rosie!  Alessina guided me through successful and positive tips on the five golden rules of leadership. After just one visit and putting these skills and strategies into practice, along with referring back to Alessina's fantastic notes, progress has been fantastic, in settling a highly energetic and excited puppy, to immediately solving dinner time behaviors!
